Welcome to the RimRock Inn where dining on the edge becomes a feast for the senses. Walk on ground where Chief Joseph's Nez Percé band once traveled, smell the tangy pines and fresh mountain air, scan the endless Joseph Canyon vistas and taste amazing homemade country-style entrees served up fresh each night and paired with some of the finest Northwest Regional wines available. If you like, request your scratch-made dessert served in the smoking library and finish off your meal with a cigar, pipe or Port.
