The Old RimRock

If these walls could talk you’d hear quite a yarn about the RimRock’s old and colorful history. Just below the stage stop, it was a favorite stop for weary travelers on their way to Lewiston, Idaho. Later it became a popular dance hall located upstairs with the county shops below. Beautiful hardwood floors still grace what is now a lovely renovated loft apartment. Later, long time owners Loren & Wilma Raymond transformed it into a popular eating establishment that featured fresh homemade pies and great grilled steaks–a tradition that continues today.

The current ambience of the place owes much to the contractor, Darrell Brann, who had a vision for how it should look and feel. His genius allowed us to salvage the huge planks to be refurbished as our bar top and to recycle the coils from original old freezers. You can see them in the stall partitions that separate the booths.
